The brand new Grand Residences consist of 5 luxury residence-style homes, located on the edge of La Rosière Forest in Courchevel Belvedere, and offering fabulous mountain views and a short walk to the slopes of Courchevel. The Grand Residences accommodate either up to eight guests in its four luxury bedrooms split over two floors, or ten guests in its five luxury bedrooms split over 3 floors. Pale timbers, dramatic mountainscapes and unobtrusive design greet you inside the Grand Residences. Soft neutral colours are lifted with dramatic detailing, such as the bronze chimney breast in the main living space and the dramatic look of veined marble floors in the bathrooms.

Guests have free access to the resort’s two world-class spa and wellbeing centers. Amenities include community shared heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room and treatment rooms. The restaurant overlooks the snowy peaks for an atmospheric onsite dining experience and can be privatized upon request.

The resort is characterised by breath-taking views of the mountains and offers all the signature services on demand, including concierge, chauffeur, housekeeping and private chef. Resort ski rooms offer direct access onto the Courchevel slopes. Choose from the 1650 or 1850 elevations or travel further afield to explore the more than 600km of pistes of Les Trois Vallées.
