Less than a 10-minute drive from the iconic centre of Gstaad, the chalet is secluded position is perfect for someone seeking a high degree of privacy and security. Nestling in the traditional farmland, above the exclusive hamlet of Lauenen it provides breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

The Lauenen village has remained its authenticity of an alpine farming community, all the building are in the traditional wooden chalet style. The village offers a choice of three charming restaurants, offering the local fare, obviously including cheese fondue, raclette and roesti.

A walk to the beautiful Lauenensee (lake) is a must, stunning views of waterfalls and forests. In the winter you can be taken there by romantic horse drawn carriage. Thoughtout the valley are many miles of hiking and mountain biking paths. Some of the best ski touring or snow-shoe trips are to be found on the hillsides here. Lauenen has its own ski lift for beginner and medium skiers.
