Is the perfect family home, positioned in one of Zermatt’s most prestigious locations, that can sleep up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. The chalet has been beautifully decorated with a mix of modern sleek and more traditional Alpine Swiss luxury.

The ground floor of house is primarily dominated by a spacious open-plan living area. Relax by the fireplace in a contemporary and stylish lounge, with a piano on hand for those musically talented guests to utilise. This lounge area opens out into a dining space with a smart modern kitchen and family style dining table. The windows of this spacious living space overlook the beautiful village of Zermatt, with the dramatic Matterhorn in the backdrop. They also open out onto a south-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying these stunning views on while you enjoy the last of the winter sun after skiing.

In a space separate to the apartment, but in the same building, guests can make use of the spa area with a sauna and an indoor hot tub. These facilities are perfect to help guests unwind after a long day of skiing in the Matterhorn Ski Paradise ski area and are private to the apartment of Haus Leytron.

The top floor of house is where you will find the majority of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is roomy and beautifully furnished and has a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower as well as access to a private balcony. Two further double or twin bedrooms can be found on this floor, each with en-suite bath or shower rooms and balcony access. The ground floor is home to the children’s-style bunk bedroom with four bunk beds and a separate shower room.

The house also allows guests shared access to a ski locker and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis to include housekeeping 6 days per week, and a complimentary in-resort taxi to/from the property on arrival and departure day.

Is an exceptional duplex apartment located in the exclusive ‘Petit Village’ area of Zermatt. This chalet offers beautiful views across the village and of the Matterhorn.

Accessed via a 24 hour funicular or by a three-minute electric taxi from the village, you can ski back close to the apartment, conditions permitting (off piste, for advanced skiers only). The Sunegga lift station is just a 12 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride and can also be accessed by the funicular.
